Every October, artists all over the world take on the Inktober drawing challenge by doing one ink drawing a day the entire month.
This year, Sktchy and Inktober are teaming up to offer ink lovers the Inktober Art Class, which will feature inking lessons from Inktober founder Jake Parker and extraordinary ink artists Vin Ganapathy, Gunhild Hope and Patrick Hochstenbach.
Each year Jake comes up with a list of 31 prompts and invites Inktober participants around the world to incorporate them into their daily #inktober drawings. Jake hasn't published the Inktober 2018 prompts yet, but he's giving the Sktchy community a sneak peek!
Now you can get a jump on planning your #Inktober2018 drawings and even start curating reference photos on Sktchy to go with them. (Here's one for "Poisonous" to get you started.)
Like Inktober itself, the Inktober Art Class starts on Oct. 1, and we'll be giving you sneak peeks at the lessons between now and then. In the meantime, you can learn all about the class in the Sktchy Shop and in this video.
